Images may be purchased in
one of two ways:
Prints:
Prints of images may be purchased for personal display
(hang them on the wall, etc.). All images are $50. for a
10-inch print, plus shipping and handling. The “10-inch”
refers to the long axis of the print. Most prints are ~8 x
10 inches, although the crop varies on some. Custom
cropping is available. Prints are also available in other
sizes. Let us know what you need. All prints are shipped
without frames. (Watermarks do not appear on prints.)
Rights managed
images:
Images may be licensed for various commercial uses. Prices
will be based on photographersindex.com/stockprice.htm.
The price will be the “average” listed price for the
appropriate usage at the time of inquiry. All uses are
one-time reproduction rights, and allow exclusive use for a
limited time (excluding the sale of prints as described
above). Use is not licensed until payment is received.
Resolution:
Resolution varies. The originals of many images are 35-mm
slides, and digital images be scanned in just about any
resolution or format. In general, ~ 8 x 10 prints can
always be made, but larger prints may not be available for
some images.
Copyright:
The copyright to the images is NOT transferred in any case.
